Polyurethane floors

Polyurethane floors are more flexible and tougher. They are applied at the layer 3-4mm thick. They have excellent chemical and mechanical properties - resistant to chemicals and liquids, by which the floor automatically becomes a hydroinsulation, too. Other advantages include good adhesion to the substrate, smooth surface, self-leveling, ability to overlay cracks, insulation against shock and vibration, noise absorption, elasticity, strength, non-absorbency and washability.

How we do it, what we use, materials

It is possibly to apply both on new and old concrete, cement screed and on underfloor heating. An unlimited range of coulours, desings and surface treatment is available, thanks to which it is possible to create an individual design according to the customer's requirement. The floor itself consists of two components, which, after mixing and spilling, by a chemical reaction create a smooth and durable surface in two layers. Surface treatment can be smooth or anti-skid. We recommend surface treatment with special varnish, to increase resistance to small scratches. Applicable to all accommodation spaces.

Result

We implement polyurethane floors everywhere where there is a requirement of increased load of the floor, problematic substrate, cracks, or there is an unsuitable dilatation. They are suitable into bathrooms, softer in touch with bare feet and withstand thermal expansions better (for instance in shower cabins). Because of their physical properties they are also usable in the exterior, for example on terraces or balconies, where they also fulfill the role of hydroinsulation.
