Cast floors

Cast floors have excellent chemical and mechanical properties - resistant to chemicals and liquids, by which the floor automatically becomes also a hydroinsulation. They have versatile usage and they are hygienically and medically harmless. The structure of the floor surface prevents the reproduction of bacteria. They are easy to maintain with low cost, high durability and long service life. Other advantages include good adhesion to the substrate, smooth surface, self-leveling, ability to overlay cracks, insulation against shock and vibration, ability to absorb noise, elasticity, strength, non-absorbency and washability.

It is possible to apply both on new concrete and old concrete, cement screed and on underfloor heating. An unlimited range of colours, designs and surface treatment is available, thanks to which it is possible to create an individual design according to the customer's requirements.

The floor itself consists of two components, which, after mixing and spilling, by a chemical reaction create a smooth and durable surface in two layers. Surface treatment can be smooth or anti-skid.

Epoxy floors are harder but also more fragile at the surface. They are applied at the layer 2-3 mm thick. They have excellent chemical and mechanical properties - resistant to chemicals and liquids, by which the floor automatically becomes a hydroinsulation, too.
Polyurethane floors are more flexible and tougher. They are applied at the layer 3-4mm thick. They have excellent chemical and mechanical properties - resistant to chemicals and liquids, by which the floor automatically becomes a hydroinsulation, too.
In general, we know cement floor systems, epoxy floor systems and polyurethane floor systems, that are used as decorative floors, or in different industries, such as industrial floors.
With stone carpet we ensure renovation of newer as well as older exterior and interior concrete areas. If the interlocking pavement is laid in the underlying concrete, it is possible to use a stone carpet on it as well.
Conductive floors and antistatic floors are special floors that have excellent electrical conductivity. They are suitable for spaces where it is mostly needed to prevent electrostatic discharges.
