Concrete Canvas – Concrete blanket
Fibrous top layer – Provides protection against UV radiation and weathering.
- 3D fibrous structure – Absorbs energy from impacts and ensures the stability of the material even when it breaks down.
- Dry concrete mixture – A mixture of high-quality cement, which hardens after hydration and thus forms a concrete canvas.
- PVC layer – An impermeable layer that prevents the growth of vegetation and provides high resistance to chemical substances.
Concrete Canvas is a low-carbon, environmentally friendly technology with 10 times faster installation than conventional concrete.
Savings of materials compared to conventional concrete up to 93%.
Concrete Canvas is part of a revolutionary new class of building materials called Geosynthetic Cement Composite Mats (GCCM).
It is a flexible, concrete-impregnated fabric which, when hydrated, hardens into a thin, durable, waterproof and fireproof concrete layer.
Basically it can be described as a “concrete blanket” and is used for a wide range of applications including rapid lining ofdrainage channels, slope protection, vegetation prevention, culvert repair and general concrete rehabilitation.
We will help you - CONCRETE CANVAS - experience, satisfied customers, fast assembly, functionality
Do you need to insulate where there is a risk of damage to the waterproofing?
Are you dealing with waterproofing with high chemical resistance?
Do you need protection against mechanical damage?
– excellent waterproofing properties
– dilatation protection
– waterproofing of the bridge deck and protection of railway tops
– gutters on green meadows
– protection against mechanical damage
Concrete Canvas is available as a roll or a smaller, easily portable roll.
The reel offers the fastest installation but must be fitted with a heavy lifting mechanism.
In terms of material usage and transportation, a reel is generally more efficient than a portable roll.
