Milling

Milling - belongs to a group of preparatory work to ensure adhesion and anchoring of new surfaces to the original substrate. In the building industry the most frequently milled surfaces are concrete surfaces. Proper milling ensures suitable foundation for the preparation of new substrates or a suitable foundation for remediation of industrial floors. The most frequent problem of industrial floors are chuck holes. Chuck holes in floors limit safe work performance of personnel as well as of machinery during work.

How we do it, what we use, materials

With floor remediations (removing old layers) we most frequently use milling machines. With machinery we can ensure thorough removal of unevenness and irregularities of milled surface. Milling machine is suitable at milling difficult-to-reach and unaccessible places. We use our milling machines most often for milling large areas, where there is no problem to remove even thicker layer of unwanted surface.
